You can trust the STN 49 News team to bring you the hottest stories on campus and around the world. Every other Thursday at 9pm join the crew as we update you on what’s going on. Tune into channel 49, if you are in the dorms or channel 72 if you live in the University Courtyards.

STN49 news is always looking for writers, camera operators, reporters and film editors. If you are ambitious, creative, and looking for real-world experience to include on your resume, check us out. Many positions are available, no experience necessary. All training will be provided.
We have weekly meetings every Monday Night at 9pm at The Other Side– The Other Side is located in the rear of the Charlie B travels building on Main Street, which is right next to the Methodist church next to Dunkin Donuts. Go down the driveway between Charlie B’s and the church and you’ll see a red door on the left. Enter and go down the stairs and you’re there.
